Hosted at the University of Chicago Center in Delhi, the workshop provided a platform for early-career faculty, consultants, oncologists, fetal medicine specialists, and researchers to gain the skills and confidence required to independently design and execute clinical trials.

Dr. Sameer Kaul, President of BCPBF-The Cancer Foundation and Senior Consultant in Surgical Oncology and Robotics at Apollo Cancer Institute, hailed the workshop as a landmark event. He emphasized its role in establishing India as a competitive global destination for clinical trials, a move that promises to yield long-term benefits for public health and drug development. The workshop underscored India’s readiness to address pressing healthcare challenges and advance its position in the global clinical research landscape.

Participants had the privilege of engaging with renowned experts, including esteemed faculty from UCMS, Delhi, and international figures such as Dr. Suresh Ramalingam from Emory University and Dr. Geetika Srivastava from the US FDA.
