Xylometazoline Hcl

Xylometazoline HCl is a topical nasal decongestant commonly used to relieve nasal congestion associated with colds, sinusitis, and allergies. It belongs to a class of drugs called sympathomimetic agents, which work by constricting blood vessels in the nasal passages, thereby reducing swelling and congestion.
