Indications

Dosage

-Fennel seeds: 1-1.5 grams, three times daily. -Fennel tea: Steep 1-2 teaspoons of crushed fennel seeds in hot water for 10 minutes. Drink up to three cups per day. -Fennel essential oil: Dilute properly and use according to manufacturer's instructions.


Contra-Indications
