Hypersensitivity to Gabapentin or its components
-Renal impairment: Adjust dosage in patients with renal dysfunction. -Withdrawal: Taper off dosage gradually to avoid withdrawal symptoms. -Elderly patients: Start with lower doses due to increased sensitivity.
-Common: Dizziness, drowsiness, fatigue -Less common: Weight gain, peripheral edema, blurred vision
-Enhanced effects with opioids and other CNS depressants. -Decreased absorption with antacids containing aluminum or magnesium.
