Indications

Dosage

-Topical Use: Dilute 2-3 drops of oil in a carrier oil (e.g., coconut oil, jojoba oil) and apply to the affected area 2-3 times a day. -Inhalation: Add 1-2 drops to a bowl of hot water or a diffuser and inhale the steam.


Contra-Indications

-Not recommended for individuals with known hypersensitivity to essential oils. -Should be used with caution in pregnant or breastfeeding women, and children under the age of 2. -Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes.
