Metadoxime
It enhances elimination of alcohol from blood and tissues. Metadoxime Prevents redox imbalance of hepatocytes and TNF-a induction.Acute Alcohol intoxication, Alcoholic fatty liver, supportive treatment of acute and chronic liver diseases.
Acute alcohol intoxication : Adult : 500-1000mg orally or 300-600mg i.m./i.v. daily Alcoholic fatty liver : adult : 1000mg orally or 300mg i.m./i.v. daily. Supportive treatment of acute and chronic liver disease : 1000mg orally or 300mg i.m./i.v. dialy.
Pregnancy, Lactation
May reduce effects of levodopa; administer levodopa with a dopa-decarboxylase inhibitor to minimise interaction.
