NEPAFENAC

Nepafenac ophthalmic suspension 0.1% is a sterile, topical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory (NSAID) for ophthalmic use.

Indications

Pain and inflammation associated with cataract surgery.

Dosage

1 drop three times a day.

Special Precautions

Do not use with contact lens. Paediatric: Safety below 10 years not established. Pregnancy: Category C; Use if risk to fetus outweighs benefits. Lactation: Use with caution. Elderly: Can be use.

Side Effects

Capsular opacity, decreased visual acuity, foreign body sensation, increased intraocular pressure and sticky sensation.
