Olopatadine
It is a relatively selective histamine H1-receptor antagonist and inhibits the release of histamine from mast cells. It shares many of the pharmacologic effects of mast cell stabilisers.Treatment of the sings and symptoms of allergic conjunctivitis.
One drop in each eye twice a day.
Hypersensitivity.
Remove contact lenses prior to admin. Reinsert soft contact lenses 10min after admin. Pregnancy, Lactation.
Headache, asthenia, cold syndrome, pharyngitis, rhinitis, sinusitis, dysgeusia, ocular burning or stinging, dry eye, foreign body sensation, hyperaemia, keratitis, lid oedema, ocular pruritus, blurred vision.
