Omeprazole Magnesium with Beta Cyclodextrin

Indications

In the treatment of conditions where a reduction of gastric acid secretion is required, such as: duodenal ulcer; gastric ulcer, NSAID-associated gastric and duodenal ulcers; reflux esophagitis; Symptomatic GERD, i.e., heartburn and regurgitation, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome (pathological hypersecretory condition); eradcation of H.pylori.

Dosage

Duodenal Ulcer : 1-2 tablets/day for 4 weeks Maintenance Dose 1 tablet OD. Gastric Ulcer; 1-2 tablets/day for 8 weeks Maintenance Dose 1 tablet OD. Reflux Esophatitis; 1-2 tablet/day for 4-12 weeks. Maintenance Dose 1 tablet OD. NSAIDs induced Gastritis; 1 tablet/day along with NSAID. Non Ulcer Dyspepsia; 1 tab/day for 2-4 weeks.
