This combination medication is formulated to provide relief from symptoms of cold, flu, and other upper respiratory tract infections while also supporting overall health through essential vitamins and amino acids.

Indications

-Relief of cold and flu symptoms, including headache, fever, nasal congestion, and cough. -Support for immune function and overall well-being with vitamins and amino acids.


Dosage

Adults: 1 tablet every 6-8 hours, not to exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours. Children (6-12 years): 1/2 tablet every 6-8 hours, not to exceed 2 tablets in 24 hours. Not recommended for children under 6 years of age.


Contra-Indications

-Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. -Severe hypertension or coronary artery disease. -Monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) therapy or within 14 days of stopping MAOI therapy. -Hyperthyroidism.


Special Precautions

-Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney impairment. -Caution in patients with diabetes, glaucoma, or prostate enlargement. -Avoid alcohol and other central nervous system depressants. -Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice.


Side Effects

-Common: Drowsiness, dizziness, dry mouth, nausea. -Serious: Allergic reactions (rash, itching, swelling), difficulty breathing, severe dizziness, high blood pressure.


Drug Interactions

-MAOIs and tricyclic antidepressants: Increased risk of hypertensive crisis. -Other CNS depressants: Enhanced sedative effects. -Antihypertensives: Reduced efficacy of antihypertensive medications. -Warfarin: Potential increase in INR and risk of bleeding.
