Indications

Dosage

-Oral Use: 1-2 drops diluted in a carrier oil or a cup of water, up to 3 times daily. -Topical Use: Dilute with a carrier oil (e.g., coconut or olive oil) and apply 2-3 drops to the affected area. -Aromatherapy: Add 3-4 drops to a diffuser.


Contra-Indications

-Do not use undiluted peppermint oil directly on the skin as it may cause irritation. -Avoid use during pregnancy, especially in the first trimester. -Not recommended for individuals with GERD (Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease) or those with certain gastrointestinal conditions without medical consultation.
