This is a combination medication used to treat symptoms such as nasal congestion, headache, fever, and body aches associated with colds, flu, or allergies. It combines a decongestant (Phenylephrine), a pain reliever/fever reducer (Paracetamol), an antihistamine (Chlorpheniramine), and a stimulant (Caffeine) to provide relief from multiple symptoms.

Indications

-Relief from common cold and flu symptoms -Nasal congestion -Fever and body aches -Allergic rhinitis (runny nose, sneezing)

Dosage

-Adults: 1 tablet every 4-6 hours as needed, not exceeding 4 tablets in 24 hours. -Children: Dosage as prescribed by a healthcare provider.

Contra-Indications

-Hypersensitivity to any of the active ingredients. -Severe hypertension or coronary artery disease. -Severe hepatic or renal impairment. -Use with caution in patients with glaucoma, hyperthyroidism, or prostatic hypertrophy.

Special Precautions

-Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease, diabetes, or hypertension. -Avoid alcohol consumption while using this medication. -Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical advice. -May cause drowsiness; avoid operating machinery or driving.
