Satranidazole with Ofloxacin

Satranidazole is a nitroimidazole derivative with antibacterial and antiprotozoal properties. Ofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase, leading to disruption of DNA replication and ultimately bacterial cell death. The combination of Satranidazole with Ofloxacin provides a broad-spectrum antimicrobial effect against various bacterial and protozoal infections.
