Testosterone Undecanoate is a long-acting form of testosterone used to treat male hypogonadism (a condition where the body doesn’t produce enough testosterone). It helps restore normal testosterone levels, improving symptoms like low energy, reduced libido, and muscle loss.

Indications

-Male hypogonadism -Testosterone replacement therapy in men with low testosterone levels


Dosage

-Initial Dose: Typically 120 mg to 160 mg orally twice daily with food. -Maintenance Dose: Adjust based on individual response and serum testosterone levels.


Contra-Indications

-Known hypersensitivity to testosterone undecanoate or any other ingredient in the formulation -Prostate cancer or breast cancer in men -Severe liver impairment


Special Precautions

-Monitor for signs of prostate enlargement or cancer -Regularly check liver function -Use with caution in patients with cardiovascular disease or high blood pressure -Avoid use in women and children
