-Adults: Typically 400 to 800 micrograms (mcg) daily -Pregnant Women: 600 to 800 mcg daily -Children: Dosage varies based on age and health condition, usually between 150 to 400 mcg daily
-Allergy to folic acid or any component of the formulation -Certain types of anemia, such as pernicious anemia, where vitamin B12 deficiency is present
-Consult a healthcare provider before use if you have a history of allergies, anemia, or other medical conditions. -High doses may mask vitamin B12 deficiency.
