A Ghaziabad doctor, who is associated with Hindu organisations, has been threatened of beheading over a WhatsApp call

According to the media reports, Dr Arvind Akela is associated with Hindu organisations and he keeps making statements.

Speaking to the media on September 13, 2022, Dr Akela said that he received a WhatsApp call, with a display of a masked man.

He added that he received another call the next day. He said that the caller threatened to behead him since he is a staunch Hindu believer.

Ghaziabad SP Muniraj G told the media that a doctor came to the police station with complaints of receiving threat calls on WhatsApp.

Muniraj added that an FIR has been registered on the basis of his complaints. The number has been sent to the Cyber cell. The doctor has not sought security yet.
