Dr Batra’s launches precise homeopathic skin treatment using AI for first time in India

New Delhi based homeopathic healthcare multinational, Dr Batra’s Healthcare has announced the launching of world’s first artificial intelligence (AI) powered skin analyser in India for diagnosing and treating skin diseases.

“The analyser imported from South Korea is the fifth generation AI-powered skin analyser detects the skin problems deep inside the skin long before they appear on the surface,” Dr Mukesh Batra, Founder & Chairman Emeritus of   Dr Batra’s Healthcare, at the launching event in New Delhi on May 23, 2022.

Describing the technology as futuristic, Dr Batra said that the technology would bring about a paradigm shift in the field of dermatology as the technology uses laser beams to penetrate deep into the skin to detect any anomaly in the skin, making it possible for the healthcare provider to provide accurate treatment to the patients.

“Additionally, the system is also able to suggest the treatment provided to the treating doctors,” he added.

Pointing out that the machine is equipped with multiple laser cameras that capture images of the face from multiple angles, penetrates the outer layer of the skin and identifies the pigment and sebum formation in the inner layer of the skin.

Dr Batra added, “Dr Batra’s Healthcare has always been at the forefront of technology. We are very excited to bring forth this new advanced AI technology, AI Skin Pro, for the first time In India to benefit patients with skin problems. A combination of the world’s latest technology with the 250-year-old science of homoeopathy will ensure better results for patients.”

Speaking to Drug Today Medical Times Dr Batra said that homeopathy is a futuristic and youngest branch of medicine and is accessible to the poorest section of the society.

"You need to research for the future and not the present," he said adding further that "It (homoeopathy) should be encouraged because it provides holistic treatment for any disease."
