Whistle, a digital-first dental brand specializing in personalized smile enhancement solutions such as Aligners, Crowns, Braces, and Teeth Whitening, recently welcomed a team of students from Harvard Business School to its New Delhi office for a week-long immersion program. This collaboration was part of the "FIELD Global Immersion" course, a mandatory component of the Harvard MBA curriculum aimed at providing students with real-world business experience.

As one of 157 FIELD Global Immersion Project Partners across 16 cities and 16 countries, Whistle hosted over 930 Harvard Business School students. The company leveraged this opportunity to engage with students and gain diverse perspectives on enhancing its product and service offerings.

Amarinder Singh, CEO of Whistle, highlighted the brand's innovative approach, utilizing Artificial Intelligence and Advanced 3D printing to craft custom aligners for correcting teeth irregularities and delivering perfect smiles to customers. Singh expressed satisfaction in collaborating with Harvard Business School to enrich students' learning experiences and benefit from their global insights.

The FIELD Global Immersion course focuses on developing students' managerial and operational skills in various business contexts. During their week-long stint at Whistle, students pitched their ideas to the leadership team and presented final recommendations to management. This immersive experience allowed students to apply their learning in a practical setting, emphasizing the importance of contextual intelligence and team effectiveness.

Harvard Business School acknowledges the vital role played by Project Partners in facilitating these invaluable learning opportunities for students. Len Schlesinger, Baker Foundation Professor and Faculty Chair for FIELD Global Immersion, expressed gratitude to Whistle and other partner organizations for their contribution to students' growth and learning.
