TERN Group Facilitates Overseas Opportunities for Indian Nurses, Strengthening Indo-German Workforce Ties

In a significant step towards bridging the global healthcare workforce gap, TERN Group — an AI-driven healthcare recruitment and migration platform — has successfully concluded its latest TERN Talent Tour, opening new career avenues for Indian nurses in Germany.

The initiative aligns with the shared vision of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Skill India Mission, aimed at fostering bilateral cooperation and creating ethical and safe migration pathways for skilled Indian talent to Germany.

The Talent Tour, held across major German cities including Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich, and Düsseldorf, brought together over 100 nurses from across the globe, including India, on a fully funded visit. Through direct interviews with top German hospitals, many candidates secured immediate job placements, addressing Germany’s pressing demand for skilled healthcare professionals.

Avinav Nigam, Founder and CEO of TERN Group and Advisor (Global Markets) to the National Skills Development Corporation, described the initiative as transformative. “The TERN Talent Tour has enabled Indian nurses to access overseas job opportunities while helping Germany tackle its healthcare workforce shortages. Through AI-driven, ethical recruitment, we are making international hiring more efficient and transparent, ensuring long-term success for both professionals and employers. We are now the largest player from India supporting German healthcare needs,” he said.

With the company’s rapid growth nearing ₹100 crores in annualized sales this quarter, TERN Group is set to expand its global recruitment footprint to North Africa, Central Asia, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The group’s AI-first approach to ethical healthcare hiring continues to position it as a global leader in facilitating structured, reliable migration pathways for skilled professionals worldwide.
