B.N.M. Homoeopathic Medical College & Hospital, located in Saharsa, Bihar, was established in 1973 in honor of Late Bhupendra Narayan Mandal, a prominent socialist leader and former Member of Parliament. The institution aims to serve the healthcare needs of the Kosi region and surrounding areas. It is affiliated with B.R.A. Bihar University, Muzaffarpur, and recognized by the Central Council of Homoeopathy under the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India .​

The college offers a Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) program, with an annual intake of 50 students.
