ISIC Multispeciality Hospital Named Official Medical Partner for New Delhi World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2026

ISIC Multispeciality Hospital has been appointed as the Official Medical Partner for the ongoing New Delhi World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2026, being held at the iconic Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium. The hospital expressed its gratitude to the Paralympic Committee of India (PCI) for entrusting it with medical support responsibilities for the international sporting event.

In a statement, ISIC Multispeciality Hospital acknowledged PCI’s continuous efforts in promoting and supporting para-athletes at both national and international levels. The hospital said the opportunity to contribute to an event of this scale reflects a shared commitment to strengthening the ecosystem for para sports in India.

Recognised for its expertise in spine, orthopaedic, and musculoskeletal care, the hospital is providing comprehensive medical support throughout the competition. The collaboration aims to ensure that participating athletes have access to specialised clinical expertise, advanced diagnostic facilities, and customised rehabilitation services tailored to the needs of para-athletes.

The partnership also aligns with the hospital’s mission of restoring “hope and joy through clinical excellence” while promoting inclusive sports and advanced rehabilitation practices. Medical support for the event is being delivered through a multidisciplinary approach that brings together specialists from orthopaedics, neurology, spine surgery, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation medicine.

ISIC’s Sports Injury Clinic is also playing a role in athlete care during the event. The clinic follows a structured recovery framework called the “Comeback Continuum,” which focuses on prehabilitation, injury prevention, data-driven recovery, and performance optimisation. Athletes also benefit from advanced diagnostic technologies such as the TecnoBody Digital Movement Laboratory, which enables real-time gait analysis and 3D motion tracking to help identify potential injury risks and improve performance outcomes.

The hospital reiterated its appreciation to the Paralympic Committee of India for the opportunity to support the New Delhi World Para Athletics Grand Prix 2026 and reaffirmed its commitment to the health, performance, and long-term well-being of para-athletes competing at the highest level.
