-Amlodipine with Valsartan may interact with other antihypertensive medications, leading to an additive effect. -Concurrent use with potassium-sparing diuretics, potassium supplements, or salt substitutes containing potassium may increase the risk of hyperkalemia. -Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs ( NSAIDs), lithium, ACE inhibitors, and contraceptive drugs.
