Beclomethasone
Beclomethasone belongs to corticosteroid drugs and is used to treat asthma. Beclomethasone decreases the inflammation and irritation in the respiratory tract and facilitates breathing.Asthma, sinusitis, allergic rhinitis, chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases, psoriasis, and other skin conditions.
-Asthma: Typically, the dosage is 40-80 mcg twice daily, which can be adjusted based on the patient's response. -Allergic Rhinitis: Generally, 40 mcg in each nostril twice daily.
Beclomethasone is contraindicated in patients with cataracts, glaucoma, osteoporosis, herpes, TB (tuberculosis) hepatic, and renal impairment.
It is recommended to consult a physician before using beclomethasone in pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Allergic reactions like rash, itching, irritation, inflammation, vomiting, nausea, fatigue, dizziness, and headache.
Anti-cancer drugs, immunosuppressant medications.
