Dextromethorphan, Ambroxol, Cetirizine
A combination medication containing Dextromethorphan (a cough suppressant), Ambroxol (a mucolytic agent), and Cetirizine (an antihistamine). This medication is used to relieve symptoms of cough, mucus build-up, and allergic reactions such as runny nose and sneezing.-Relief of symptoms associated with respiratory tract infections. -Treatment of cough due to bronchitis, laryngitis, and tracheitis. -Management of allergic symptoms like rhinitis and urticaria.

-Hypersensitivity to Dextromethorphan, Ambroxol, Cetirizine, or any of the excipients. -Severe liver or kidney impairment. -Patients with respiratory failure or at risk of developing respiratory insufficiency. -Use in patients taking monoamine oxidase inhibitors (MAOIs) or within 14 days of stopping such treatment.
-Use with caution in patients with a history of bronchial asthma. -Monitor patients with a history of severe hepatic or renal impairment. -Avoid alcohol consumption as it may enhance drowsiness and dizziness. -Use with caution in elderly patients due to potential increased sensitivity.
