Indications

Advance prostate cancer in men, endometriosis & fibroid tumors in women, premature puberty in children.


Dosage

Leuprolide injection is injected into the skin or into a muscle by using diffrent body area each time. For some conditions it is given every day, for others once a month or every few months.


Contra-Indications

An allergic reaction to leuprolide, goserelin, histrelin, or triptorelin, pregnancy and lactation, children, unusual vaginal bleeding.


Special Precautions

Bone problems, spireal cord (back) problems, trouble urinating, pituitary gland problem.


Side Effects

Sever allergic reaction, symptoms may incase for a few days during use of leuporlide. Bone pain, back pain, tingling or numbness in the body, blood in urine, trouble urinating, decrease in bone minerals density, may affect the result of certain medical tests. Pain, itching or burning at the site of injection, swelling or puffiness in face, ankle or feet, vaginal bleeding that is heavier than spotting; acne, breast pain or swelling in both sexes; decrease in size of testicles, hair loss, trouble
