Leuprolide injection is injected into the skin or into a muscle by using diffrent body area each time. For some conditions it is given every day, for others once a month or every few months.
An allergic reaction to leuprolide, goserelin, histrelin, or triptorelin, pregnancy and lactation, children, unusual vaginal bleeding.
Bone problems, spireal cord (back) problems, trouble urinating, pituitary gland problem.
Sever allergic reaction, symptoms may incase for a few days during use of leuporlide. Bone pain, back pain, tingling or numbness in the body, blood in urine, trouble urinating, decrease in bone minerals density, may affect the result of certain medical tests.
