Levosulpiride
It is a substituted benzamide antipsychotic which is reported to be a selective antagonist of central dopamine (D-2, D-3 & D-4) receptors, also have mood elevating properties.Anxiety, depression, psychoses such as schizophrenia, vertigo & Peptic ulcerations.

Hyperprolactinaemia, Hypersensitivity to any component of product, pheochromocytoma.
Patients receiving antihypertensive, hypnotic & analgesic drugs, because concurrent use may increase the effects of these drug.
Symptomative adverse reactions produced by Levosulpiride are more or loss tderable & if they become severe, they can be treated symptomatically, these include sedation, hypotension, gynecomastia, galactorrhea, dyskinesia, hyperprolactinemia, Tardive dyskinesia.
Alcohol, guanethidine, metoclopramide (Hcl). These interaction are sometimes beneficial & sometimes may pose threats to life.
