MEBEVERINE
Irritable colon syndrome in its primary form, or associated with organic lesions of G.I. tract.
135 mg 3 times daily, preferably 20 minutes before meals. When the desired effect has been obtained the dosage may be reduced gradually. At least for 6 wks.
Hypersensitivity.
Paediatrics: Contraindicated in age under 2 years. Pregnancy: Use only, if clearly indicated. Lactation: Use with caution.
Heartburn, dizziness, indigestion, headache, constipation.
