Indications

Treatment of xerostomia (dry mouth) caused by radiation therapy to the head and neck.

Dosage

Typically, the recommended dose is 5 mg three to four times daily, as prescribed by a healthcare provider.

Contra-Indications

Hypersensitivity to pilocarpine or any component of the formulation.

Special Precautions

Use with caution in patients with asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), cardiovascular disease, or gastrointestinal disorders.

Side Effects
