SILYMARIN
Silymarin is a natural herbal supplement derived from milk thistle (Silybum marianum) seeds. It is a flavonolignan complex that has been used traditionally for its hepatoprotective (liver-protecting) properties. Silymarin is known to help regenerate liver cells, inhibit toxin-induced damage, and provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.Infective hepatitis,Alcoholic liver disease, Toxic metabolic liver damages.
Infective hepatitis: 140mg t.i.d for 4 weeks. Alcoholic liver dease:140mg t.i.d for 3-6 months. Maintenance therapy: 70mg t.i.d.
In hepatic encephalopathy,obstr uctive jaundice and primary biliary cirrhosis.
