Boehringer Ingelheim Bags Global Top Employer for Fifth Consecutive Year

Boehringer Ingelheim, a global pharmaceutical industry leader, has been named a "Global Top Employer" for the fifth year in a row by the distinguished Top Employers Institute. The company is one of only 17 organisations worldwide to have earned this designation for 2025, demonstrating its dedication to creating an extraordinary work environment that prioritises career advancement, employee well-being, and leadership development. 

The award highlights the company's commitment to fostering a friendly and dynamic workplace for its 53,500 employees worldwide. Boehringer's internal Leadership Academy played a critical role in this success, since it delivers comprehensive leadership training programs that assist employees in steering their development, regardless of job. The Academy provides personalised training for various leadership positions, ensuring that both emerging leaders and senior executives have the necessary tools and assistance to succeed.
