A Helping Hand: Free Wheelchairs Bring Joy to Differently Abled Individuals

Imagine struggling with everyday tasks simply because you don't have a wheelchair. For many differently abled individuals, this is a harsh reality.

But thanks to a kind-hearted initiative by Poorvanchal Vichar Manch and K India Private Limited, five individuals received free wheelchairs at Baba Barfani Temple in Dilshad Garden, Delhi—giving them a new sense of freedom and happiness.

Mr. Rakesh Raman Jha from Poorvanchal Vichar Manch expressed his joy at being part of the initiative. "It's a wonderful moment to help those in need. Something as simple as a wheelchair can make a huge difference in someone's life," he said.

He also pointed out that since Narendra Modi's government took charge, many steps have been taken to empower differently abled individuals, making their lives easier and more independent.

Mr. Arun Sharma, another member of Poorvanchal Vichar Manch, emphasised that helping differently abled individuals shouldn't just be the government's responsibility. "Organizations like ours, and even individuals, should step up and do what they can. We need to ensure they have access to everything they need to live a dignified life," he said.

Echoing similar thoughts, Mr. Tungal Singh Harshala added, "Selfless service is the true service of God. This is what we at Poorvanchal Vichar Manch believe in."

The event was a powerful reminder that small acts of kindness can bring big changes. With more such efforts, society can become more inclusive and supportive for differently abled individuals, making sure they don’t just survive but thrive.
