Dr. Abhinav Goyal (JR1) Medicine, of Rohilkhand Medical College and Hospital, was found to be in the ICU without wearing a surgical gown, cap, and mask, which is considered a violation of ICU rules.

Upon investigation, it was confirmed that Dr. Goyal was not complying with the necessary safety measures mandated for the ICU environment. As a consequence, he has been fined Rs 500, to be deposited in the college's account section within the next 72 hours.
