Dr. Bipin Chevale has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Gleneagles Hospitals, located in Parel, Mumbai. With over 23 years of extensive experience in the healthcare sector, Dr. Chevale is set to lead the hospital towards new horizons of excellence in patient care and clinical innovation.

Announcing his new role on LinkedIn, Dr. Chevale expressed enthusiasm for the opportunity, stating, “Excited to share that I have joined Gleneagles Hospital Mumbai as the Chief Executive Officer! Prior to joining Gleneagles Hospitals, which is part of the IHH Healthcare network, Dr. Chevale served as the Director and Head of Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital in Navi Mumbai from December 2019 to September 2024. His career also includes prominent roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Seven Hills Hospital, Mumbai, and General Manager of Operations at Kokilaben Dhirubhai Ambani Hospital, Andheri. Additionally, he has served as CEO and Zonal Director of S L Raheja Hospital - A Fortis Associate, and as Medical Superintendent at Bombay Hospital for over a decade.

Dr. Chevale holds a Master of Philosophy (M.Phil.) in Hospital and Healthcare Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and has completed a Senior Management Program (SMP) from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Calcutta.
