SPARSH Hospital Marks World Stroke Day with 'Guru Vandana' Event, Honoring Teachers and Promoting Stroke Awareness
In honor of World Stroke Day, SPARSH Hospital, Yeshwanthpur, held a significant event, “Guru Vandana,” to spotlight stroke prevention and celebrate the vital role teachers play in society. The gathering welcomed over 200 teachers from 30 schools, underscoring the importance of proactive health management for educators.
The event aimed to educate attendees on stroke awareness and prevention through informative sessions. As part of the initiative, SPARSH Hospital introduced the Teachers’ Wellness Card, a dedicated health benefit card offering wellness resources specifically for educators. In addition, each participant received a complimentary stroke screening package, reinforcing SPARSH’s dedication to the health and well-being of teachers.
