Yatharth Hospital and Trauma Care Services Ltd. (NSE: YATHARTH, BSE: 543950), a leading private super-specialty healthcare provider in North India, has announced a strategic expansion through two major acquisitions. 

These developments position Yatharth Hospitals as a premier healthcare destination in the Delhi-NCR region, with the largest bed capacity in Faridabad and substantial growth in Delhi.

In the latest acquisition, Yatharth Hospitals has acquired approximately 60% stake in a 400-bed hospital in Faridabad, Haryana. Built on around two acres, this facility is currently under structural completion and is anticipated to begin operations by the start of the next fiscal year.

This acquisition is part of Yatharth Hospitals’ strategic initiative to expand its regional influence and enhance healthcare access in Faridabad. The transaction involves a cash consideration of Rs. 91.20 crore for the 60% stake in MGS Infotech Research & Solutions Private Limited, valuing the hospital at an enterprise value of Rs. 152 crore. Yatharth Hospitals also plans to invest an additional Rs. 100 crore to equip the hospital with advanced medical technology, facilitating comprehensive super-specialty services, including full oncology treatment options and robotic surgeries.

In another strategic move, Yatharth Hospitals announced a successful bid for a super-specialty hospital in Model Town, New Delhi, through an e-auction under the SARFAESI Act, 2002. This well-established hospital has an expandable bed capacity of over 300, and it serves a broad demographic of residential and institutional patients in Delhi.
