Clove Dental Hosts 38th Leadership Conclave, Unveils Expansion Plans and Emphasises Oral Health Awareness
India’s largest dental clinic network, Clove Dental, organized its 38th Leadership Conclave on March 24, 2025, bringing together experts to discuss the latest developments, research, and advancements in dental disease management.
During the event, Mr. Amarinder Singh, Founder and CEO of Clove Dental, announced the milestone of opening their 600th clinic. Highlighting the brand's rapid growth, he stated, “We have good demand in the market, but quality supply is lacking. Our focus is on ensuring quality by investing in top-tier equipment, the latest technology, advanced software, and bringing in the right dentists — around 1,400 of them, perhaps the best in the country.”
He further elaborated on Clove Dental’s efforts to standardize clinic procedures, from design and equipment selection to choosing the right specialists and treatment modalities. “In the past two years, we have set up over 240 clinics, and we plan to establish more than 1,000 clinics in the next five years,” Mr. Singh added.
Speaking on the significance of oral health, Lt Gen Dr. Vimal Arora, Chief Clinical Officer at Clove Dental, stressed that good oral hygiene directly impacts overall health. “Poor oral health can lead to cardiac problems — it’s proven. Additionally, if a woman has a gum infection, it can result in premature or low-birth-weight babies,” he warned.
Dr. Arora also emphasized the urgent need for increased awareness around dental care and the establishment of more dental care centers in India. “There are not enough dentists to serve such a huge population. Dental care should be included in insurance coverage, and dentistry must be brought under Ayushman Bharat. We plan to formally recommend this to the government,” he said.
The conclave reinforced Clove Dental’s commitment to expanding quality dental care across the country while addressing critical gaps in oral health awareness and accessibility.
